Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until softened.

  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it thicken slightly.
  7. Add the blackened shrimp back to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
