- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Add the finely chopped habanero peppers to the mixture.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Add the pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
