Description

Bibimmyeon is a popular Korean dish made of cold noodles served with a spicy and tangy sauce, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 200g of cold noodles
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 boiled eggs, halved
  • 3 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the cold noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  3. Toss the cold noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  4. Plate the noodles and top with julienned cucumber, carrot, and halved boiled eggs.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
