Description
Bibimmyeon is a popular Korean dish made of cold noodles served with a spicy and tangy sauce, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 200g of cold noodles
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 boiled eggs, halved
- 3 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the cold noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- Toss the cold noodles with the sauce until well coated.
- Plate the noodles and top with julienned cucumber, carrot, and halved boiled eggs.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the eggs or replace them with tofu.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
