Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup low sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped carrots, spinach, whole wheat flour, oats, egg, and beef broth. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into small sticks or desired shapes.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
