- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup low sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped carrots, spinach, whole wheat flour, oats, egg, and beef broth. Mix until well incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into small sticks or desired shapes.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and golden brown.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
