- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and toss it in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
- In serving bowls, place a portion of cooked rice.
- Top the rice with the Bang Bang chicken.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
