- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the lemon butter cream sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
