Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes
