- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, enjoy warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
This pudding can be made a day in advance. Store in the fridge to allow flavors to deepen. Can be adjusted for air fryer cooking.
