- 6 slices bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice a small incision down each date and remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with goat cheese, being careful not to overstuff.
- Prepare the bacon by cutting each strip in half.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick if needed.
