  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
