A delicious and hearty casserole combining the flavors of bacon cheeseburgers and crispy tater tots.

			- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with an even layer of tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or onions.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef mixture.
