Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef mixture, ketchup, and mustard.
- Layer the rice mixture in a stack, adding bacon, cheese, and pickles between layers.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
