  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  4. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic to the skillet; cook until the beef is browned.
  5. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cooked macaroni; mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with crispy bacon before serving.
