- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic to the skillet; cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cooked macaroni; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with crispy bacon before serving.
