Delightful mini cheese balls shaped like chicks, bursting with creamy, tangy flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 carrot (or 3 baby carrots)
- 40 black peppercorns
- 20 crackers
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce (if using) and stir until well combined.
- Gradually fold in 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, portion out the cream cheese mixture and roll each portion into a ball.
- Roll each ball in the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and place atop crackers on a baking sheet.
- Slice the carrot into 40 thin pieces for feet and cut additional pieces for beaks.
- Press two black peppercorns into each mini cheese ball to create eyes.
Notes
These cheese balls can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. They can also be baked or air-fried for a warm option.
