  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the stir-fry and toss to combine.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar to the sauce.
