Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and cinnamon, mixing until creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and serve.
