Ingredients

- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and optional cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the applesauce, coconut oil, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually blend the wet ingredients into the dry mixture to form a firm dough.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut it into 5-inch long and 1/2-inch wide strips.
- Place the strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Turn off the oven and leave the sticks inside for another 15 minutes.
- Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
