  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
