- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced apples, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
