Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. While the donut holes are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon for coating in a small bowl.
