A quick and easy recipe for delicious cheeseburger wraps made in an air fryer, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite burger toppings.
- Serve with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
