Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add oat flour, egg, and peanut butter to the bowl, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into disks.
- Place the treats in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool completely before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
